  Horrible laundromat u have to pay extra for hot water extra for normal wash ( not delicate ) does not explain that. So hot water normal was cost 8.25 even though when u start it says 7.25. Took rugs in and they washed on delicate.......needless to say they did not get clean. Not to mention the time wasted for still dirty rugs.

  I was a customer when I walked into your laundromat. I walked in to get quarters and a basket to go get my laundry out of my vehicle half way across the parking lot. As i attempted to get quarters to wash a large amount of laundry at your establishment. Your coin dispencer accepted my $20 bill and did not release change as you could see on your camera pointing at the change dispencer. I called your number listed next to the machine & you were very rude and argumentative right off the bat.You wanted me to bring my bedding inside to prove to you that I was a customer but you where not going to come down to the laundromat to refund me at that moment so I was not going to waste anymore of time, loading & unloading bedding to prove to you I was a customer. You are a very very rude woman. I hope no one else has to suffer through your rath due to your faulty machines. All I wanted was to be refunded my $20 via check but you wanted to take out travel time & expenses.. for what? Doing your job? & its not even the fact that is was $20 it was the principal of the whole situation you have no right to talk, scream & yell at people the way you did to me. I guess you obviously need it more as seeing I still have not recived any sort of refund...ridiculous.
  
  & I dont have a "male friend" that would have been contacted you nor would I want to put someone in a situation to have to speak to you. Not worth it.
